WHAT

Two taboos in one forum? This publication on Sex & Psychedelics dares to showcase the personal stories, artwork, rituals, and teachings from a diverse community of practitioners. In addition, we bring the community together for educational and experiential events, workshops, and parties.

We aim to showcase:

Educational, consent-and-boundaries- informed trauma-informed, personal and professional stories and art

Voices from a diverse audience to a diverse audience

Current and historically significant content in a fun, accessible way

WHEN

WHO

This project aims to reach folks who:

1. Are interested in the intersection of sex and psychedelics and are looking for community. 

2. Want to find educational, consent-and-boundaries-informed, safer-practice-oriented materials on the intersection of sexuality and psychedelics. 

3. Feel underrepresented in the current psychedelic conversation, and 

4. Desire creative, thoughtful, and decentralized ways to engage with these topics. 

WHY

1. To understand and showcase the current climate, research, and work in these intersecting fields; To provide tangible information that may empower readers to safely and consensually engage in their own practices; To find practitioners and guides who are trauma/consent and boundaries/kink, etc-informed & friendly, safe, and knowledgeable. 

2. To give voice to a diverse community of artists (particularly those who are underrepresented in the current psychedelic mainstream) to reach readers who are similarly diverse; supporting representation and inclusion. 

3. To serve as a means of connection and community building between people who are promoting supportive engagement with psychedelics and sexuality.
